In honor of the 15th anniversary of the Cartier Women’s Initiative project, the brand presented a report on achievements since 2006. The initiative helps women around the world to unlock their potential, develop in the field of entrepreneurship, and find their own voice. The friendly community of Cartier, uniting strong women, is a fertile ground for the development of their best qualities. Moreover, the participants of the Cartier Women’s Initiative can count on the necessary financial, social and any other support for the development of their business leadership skills.

Over the 15 years of its existence, the project has supported 262 women entrepreneurs from 62 countries, and a total of $6,440,000 has also been allocated. The scholarship has increased from funding five fellows in 2007 to 24 fellows in 2021.

In 2019, a support program for participants was launched, aimed at connecting them to a global network that can provide access to useful connections, knowledge and money. More than 320 community members actively interacted with the community and held 62 public events. In the future, Cartier plans to improve the Women’s Initiative project, expand its spheres of influence and help women around the world prove that they are not representatives of the weaker sex at all.

To mark an important date for the initiative, Cartier decided to single out nine new award winners among the former fellows who have achieved the greatest success in business development. The awards will be presented in three categories — “Improving life”, “Saving the Planet” and “Creating Opportunities”. They were based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The names of the winners will be announced on March 6, 2022 as part of the Impact Award ceremony. For three days, from March 6 to March 8, Cartier will organize a series of thematic workshops, seminars and sessions. The winners will receive cash prizes for the development of their businesses.
